Assistant Branch Manager

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in alarm installation a plus to understand putting together the jobs for our technicians.

This position is a key component between our customers and our technicians. Requires you be able to lift up to 25 lbs and to stand on your feet for a few hours a day while working in our parts room.

Responsibilities include: inventory management

ordering equipment, vendor management

boxing equipment per job for our technicians

product returns

acquiring proper permits

data entry (previous use of Sedona a plus)

accounting duties (including timecard entries)

support to our technicians in the field

Other tasks as assigned

Maintain accurate records

ability to stand for a period of time when working in the warehouse

and other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
