The Ames High School coaching staff is looking for an Assistant Boys Soccer Coach for the 2023-24 soccer season.
Work Schedule: During the season, the work schedule will be 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. M-F. Various nights and weekends are required during the soccer season.
Responsibilities:

• Assists Head Coach in running a competitive Boys Soccer program.
• Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
• Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
• Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, families, and staff.
• Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: A current Department of Education Coaching Authorization and the ability to pass a background check are required. Click here for information on how to obtain Coaching Authorization:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience coaching high school soccer.
Compensation: $3,250 season stipend
