Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Strategic Vision: Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director to drive the creative vision for our HBAC business.

• Conceptualize and Execute: Bring fresh, innovative, and on-trend ideas to life in various categories, mastering all brand standards and graphic templates for retail collections and national brand lines.

• Ownership of Workflow: Take ownership of project workflow and execution in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding deadlines.

• Independent Creativity: Combine a self-starter approach with the ability to digest creative direction, work independently, collaborate effectively, and execute with clarity. Always offer creative solutions that go beyond the conventional.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an extreme attention to detail, ensuring accurate files with minimal mistakes in all work.

• Collaborative Presentations: Present your concepts and ideas to the internal design team, maintaining a clear and articulate voice in discussions.

• Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple SKUs, line extensions, and file/asset requests simultaneously.

• Photographic Content: Concept brand collection photographic content for digital strategies and work on set with in-house photographers to provide clear art direction.

• Maintain Brand Standards: Collaborate with internal digital and copy teams to ensure creative cohesion and maintain brand standards.

• Stay on Top of Trends: Keep up with digital trends, fashion, beauty, pop culture, and all industry trends.

• Adaptable and Creative: Seamlessly take direction while providing additional creative support on special projects and presentations.

• Work on the Development and Execution of: Package design concepts, trend/mood board support, extensive edits, revisions, instructional booklets, screen art, comping, planogram assets, visual merchandising, digital brand content concepting, print advertising, collateral materials, trend presentations, event concepting, licensee projects, and pre-production and mechanicals.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign. Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus.
• Strong production skills are essential.
• Bachelor's Degree/BA or BFA preferred + 5 years of relevant experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work model.
• An inspiring portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
• Strong sense of aesthetics with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create mood boards and trends that enhance creative solutions.
• A highly creative individual capable of producing differentiated content quickly and independently.
• A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and beauty.
• Familiarity with all social platforms and the latest digital trends.
• Knowledge of design fundamentals (type, layout, color, etc.).
• On-set photography experience and retouching knowledge are advantageous.
• An energetic, passionate self-starter who is also a team player.
