Duties and Responsibilities:
· The role requires the candidate to work in partnership with the Asset Servicing production teams in ISG and WM and IT, to identify opportunities for change to meet business objectives. Those opportunities then need to be shaped into proposals, prioritized, planned and ultimately delivered to meet business goals.
· The candidate will manage execution of business outcomes throughout their lifecycle, supporting deliverables directly through User Story creation, Testing and Deployment disciplines. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Delivery planning and control
- Business outcomes, financial management and return on investment
- Status tracking and reporting
- Progress reporting through meaningful metric
- Issue and risk management
- Maintaining a working knowledge and understanding of working practices in the line
- Integration with cross functional initiatives and objectives across the OPS transformation program
- Leading detail analysis with line staff, wider OPS groups and business units to formulate and consolidate business processes and outcomes
- Managing your documenting of business processes and supporting procedures
- Preparation of the test strategies and approaches, documentation of test script and test execution
- Controlling the deployment and verification process
- Ensuring production user manuals, reference materials and training materials can participate in delivery of training, as required
Specifically, this role in the AS Fleet will:
- Be a key member of and contributor to the Ops Risk and Resiliency Squad supporting the analysis, and creation of user stories by the NA team to reduce risk and remove KSLs based on regional prioritization.
- Be responsible for coordinating and enabling the onboarding of Americas T+1 for corporate actions in support of the T+1 initiative.
- Be responsible for coordinating and enabling procedure and process management across the ISP and WM is helping for delivery of transfers.
- The responsible for coordinating and enabling user acceptor testing.
- The key member of and contributor to any ISG and WM process alignment working groups.
- Be responsible for supporting adoption of Rally best practices across the US fleet.
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of investment banks and operations
- Demonstrated software delivery management skills including issue and risk management, planning and control
- Demonstrated problem solving in business analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills including MS Project /MS PowerPoint
