Our Asset Protection specialists provide security in our stores, at distribution centers, and at corporate facilities. More than that, Asset Protection teams ensure compliance and prevent shrink. With the help of safety-minded experts like you, we can provide a safe experience for both our shoppers and our associates.

Review Merchandise Protection solution plans are in place, and the execution of the plans, for effectiveness
Teach and train associates on how to correctly apply merchandise protection devices

Conduct monthly emergency exit inspection, fire extinguisher inspection, emergency lighting inspection, security tour and safety tours

Accident investigations reviewing CCTV, verifying all accident files are complete.

External investigations safely apprehend shoplifting suspects according to Wal-marts policy. Verify all cases are keyed in our system.

Internal investigations review daily reports for any malicious activity.
Review Reg Long/Short Tool & Recycler Query to identify malicious cash loss

Review Scanned Stolen items to identify items for potential internal cases (i.e. items from locking cases like iPhones etc.)

Check for safety issues, conduct safety tour to new associates.

Secures and safeguards the Facility and surrounding areas by observing and communicating suspicious activity, assisting with investigations, maintaining paperwork, logs and other required documentation, and appropriately executing emergency response procedures.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
