- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify potential threats.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Detain and apprehend individuals involved in illegal activities, following proper protocols.
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft or misconduct, gathering evidence and writing detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve criminal cases.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to Asset Protection.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and addressing any security concerns.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a valid certificate in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and techniques.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interacting with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills to identify suspicious behavior or activities.
