Job Overview:

• The Asset Management Associate is responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the company's assets to ensure they are maintained, accounted for and secure.
• This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary.
• Plan and execute Asset Management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets. 

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in an Asset Management coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Asset Management software and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
