Asset Management Analyst

Description: Building and Land Technology "BLT" is seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic Asset Management team in Stamford, CT. The primary function of this role is to provide analytical support to create and execute business plans for BLT's portfolio of commercial office buildings, apartment communities, and hotels. The Analyst will assist in all aspects of the operations, administrative, financial, and capital management of the portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities of Analyst:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of business plans and budgets for each asset,
• Perform financial modeling, analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting (e.g., variance reporting, discounted cash flows, IRR's, etc.)
• Assist in the tracking of all KPI's for the portfolio
• Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets, monthly operating statements, and variance reports
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting on the portfolio for internal and external constituents
• Provide support to our capital markets efforts for financings, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Provide support to our property management and leasing teams
• Extensively research relevant markets/trends
• Regular inspections of all assets

Requirements for Analyst:

• 1-3 years of commercial Asset Management experience, office experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/or real estate preferred
• Exceptional computer literacy to create financial models, documents, and presentations, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Expertise in Argus Enterprise preferred
• Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modeling
• Excellent project management skills
