Job Title: Assembly/Production Team Member
Reports to: Team Leader
Position Summary
Team Members are responsible to complete the duties of their assigned work area in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Palletizing parts according to Packing Standards to maintain products integrity. Conduct themselves in a manner that is compliant with achieving the company’s goals via the company’s Values and Handbook.
Essential Functions

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Understands and applies correct LOTO procedures.
- Assembly of metal, and electronic components using hand, pneumatic, and electric
- Monitor assembly operations and production flow tools, fixtures, and jigs
- Works safely in a manufacturing environment
- Accurately follows and perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Exhibits clear competency when performing the roles and responsibilities in specific job duty
- Works well with others and promote a positive team-orientated work environment
- Displays knowledge of product history.
- Demonstrates an active understanding of processes, procedures, standards and methods in assigned area
- Achieves production output requirements while maintaining quality standards
- Actively understands of production schedules and efficiently transitions between model changeovers
- Recommends improvements of process or equipment or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
Skills and qualifications
· Good communication skills.
· Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery.

· Ability to operate soldering machines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical demands also at times may include safely handling multiple, continuous parts flow in and out of manufacturing operations work areas which requires pushing and pulling of carts. Work environment is climate controlled in most areas.
