The Mill Associate is responsible for:
- Moving pallets of production and stacking material from a pallet to a conveyor or table.
- Lifting raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually
- Loading and unloading items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
- Helping production workers by supplying or holding materials or tools and cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Using machines for drilling purposes on occasion.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
- Consistently delivering the best in customer service.
- Demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with customers, visitors, and other employees.
Physical Requirements Skills:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced-often changing environment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work well with others and function independently.
- Must have the ability to assess and prioritize tasks properly.
- Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
