Job Title:Assembly Lab Technician (Direct Hire)

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent / Direct Hire

Shift:1st Shift Available

Pay: $20-25/hour

Essential skills for this Assembly LabTechnician include:

• Maintain adhesive mixing station and general cleanliness of work area.
• Preparation of raw metals: Masking, blasting, adhesive mixing.
• Masking: ability to mask raw metals using masking tape or fixtures as instructed.
• Blasting: ability to blast masked metals using proper blasting techniques as trained. This also includes performing daily maintenance of the blasting equipment.
• Adhesive mixing: ability to mix adhesives to the correct ratios. As part of this function one must be trained on proper handling of chemicals, proper mixing/dilution of adhesives and proper torque wrench usage.

We're looking for an Assembly Lab Technician with the following background/skills:

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Higher education in a technical field preferred.
• Previous experience with blueprint reading, drawing call outs and measuring tools.
