Assembly 1st shift $17.75hr

Reelcraft Industries, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of hose, cord and cable reels in North America. Our headquarters is in Columbia City, Indiana. We have immediate openings for assemblers.

As part of our dynamic team, candidates will assemble a variety of reels and components using hand tools and other tactics.

Hours: 1st shift 7am - 3 pm

Summary:

Assemble hose, cable and other reels by reading and understanding shop packets, job instructions and blueprints. To perform major jobs including prepping and assembly using a variety of hand tools and tactics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reading and understanding shop packets, blueprints and job instruction.

· Use of computer for closing orders and looking up inventory

· Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.

· Use of a variety of hand tools; including pneumatic tools

· Continual use of arms, hands, fingers & wrists to pull and manipulate parts for assembly.

· Pushing and pulling pallet jacks; loaded and empty

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-6 months in manufacturing work experience desired.
