Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.
Active Secret Clearance Required.

Performs a variety of tasks in production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Weld and fabricate parts as instructed. Sets up machines and performs intricate close tolerance fabrication. Fabricate parts in accordance with standards and procedures. Assembles electrical/mechanical assemblies/products and installs components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings. Reads and interprets electrical diagrams/drawings and execute the assembly of electrical equipment.
Shall qualify to weld in accordance with the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process (TIG), and Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), on aluminum, mild and stainless steel
Must qualify and weld in accordance with company standards, and AWS D1.1 in 2G, 3G, 4G positions for plate and 6G position for pipe (testing must be x-ray verified)
Perform a variety of tasks in production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assembly and sub-assemblies
Work from diagrams and drawings and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws
Assemble parts per engineering instruction/documentation
Must be willing to travel at multiple weeks at a time
Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:
Must have a Secret DOD Clearance
High School plus 5 years experience welding, assembling, hardware installation in a manufacturing environment in accordance to Military Standards or equivalent. Experience may be a combination of work and school
Must have knowledge of basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Must be able to read and comprehend written material, including blueprints, drawings and work instructions
Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and carry up to 25lbs
Requires bending, stooping, twisting, turning, and pushing/pulling of heavy parts and occasional work in confined areas
Must be able to pass vision testing to Jaeger 1, with or without corrective lenses
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
