Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a production assembly
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assemble and fabricate products according to specifications (training available)
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with production management and stock replenishment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment
- Entry level acceptable with willingness to learn
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and calculating quantities
