Sanz Clima is currently hiring for multiple positions at our US Location-Kenway Engineering Inc. Fairmont Minnesota. All positions are full time with a 5-day work week. Looking for both day shift. Overtime available as the workload demands. We are willing to train the right people.

Job Description

All position needs to perform necessary functions to prepare parts, sub-assemblies and final assemblies efficiently, safely, and correctly for customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

General:

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Prevent and minimize rework.
• Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
• Return from breaks in a timely manner; notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving the department.
• Operating technical equipment in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
• Attend all department and company scheduled meetings.
• Works scheduled shift as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor.
• Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly.
• Suggest improvements; continuously improve the quality of all support activities.
• Perform all required duties within company safety standards.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Reads and interprets production drawings and blueprints.
• Operates machines as required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS THAT COULD HELP YOU SUCCEED EVEN FURTHER IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

· Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.

· Certified production operator/fabricator certificate from an accredited institution or associates degree.

· Experience in ERP systems and Microsoft office.

· Drawing/assembly instruction interpretation skills.

The work environment is a plant / office setting with varying degrees of temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement.
