Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Complete work orders by performing automated or manual operations.
? Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain Assemblies equipment and auxiliary equipment.
? Evaluate products/processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize quality and output.
? Perform in-process inspections on products using magnification equipment and precision measuring tools.
? Ensure work order and material transactions are properly conducted in the ERP system.
? Train other employees as required and monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment.
? Satisfy documentation, labeling, inspection, and QAD transaction requirements.
? Monitor material and supply levels and communicate the need to reorder as required.
? Balance inventory and return unused materials upon completion of each work order.
? Perform quality checks per the quality control plan/blueprint/work order and escalate issues to Supervision when required.
? Adhere to all housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe workspace and prevent product contamination.
? Pay attention to detail, complete multiple and repetitive tasks accurately, and prioritize quality.
? Ensure equipment is in working order and adhere to safety requirements/practices/procedures.
? Wear required PPE/Clothing and inform Supervision of injuries immediately.
? Complete HR-Employ-10 WC Employee Form at the time of occurrences with Supervision.
? Work with and train new or transfer employees, sharing knowledge and expertise.
? Provide coaching and/or training to coworkers through cross-training, when applicable.
? Perform other duties as required, following ADA guidelines.
