Robert Half is hiring for several Patient Care Coordinators with Call Center experience!! This position is FULLY REMOTE & Contract to Hire!! Equipment will be provided but you must have strong internet access.
Location: Fully REMOTE – need to have strong internet access /equipment will be provided!

Pay: $16.50

Mon- Friday EASTERN TIME ZONE (7 am – 4 pm for Texas)
Job Requirements:
Patient Access:
o Patient Access is a call center that supports large physician groups, hospitals, and health systems that want to improve the patient experience.
Job Responsibilities:
o This position communicates effectively with patients by accepting either inbound or outbound calls to identify their needs. This may include reviewing protocols and patient history; scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, canceling appointments.

- Shadow with experienced agents
- Assessments (throughout training)
- Have a designated workspace to work remotely
· 1-2+ years of either call center or medical/healthcare experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· They will provide the equipment to work from home but need to have a good work from home set up and internet access
· Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be punctual and not miss any days of training for the first 1-2 months
· Proficient in MS Office
