Duties:

- Operate and maintain hotmix Asphalt Plant.
- Fabricate and weld materials as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Load and unload materials from trucks using heavy equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:

- Proficient in operation of hotmix Asphalt Plant
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with machining processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make adjustments on the job
