The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, specifically in asphalt paving, and possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

· Operate hand tools, shovels, rakes, and other equipment to distribute asphalt material evenly.

· Rake and level asphalt to proper thickness and evenness to ensure a smooth finished surface.

· Perform basic maintenance on paving equipment and tools.

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

· Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

Requirements:

· Previous experience working in asphalt paving or a similar construction-related field preferred.

· Ability to operate hand tools, shovels, rakes, and other paving equipment effectively.

· Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

· Willingness to comply with company policies and safety regulations.

· Must be authorized to work in the US.

· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
