Ascent Private Capital Management is a leading player in the ultra-high-net-worth financial services industry, dedicated to helping our clients and families achieve their financial goals. With a commitment to ongoing efficiency, partnership, and innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated Partner & Platform Consultant dedicated to supporting Ascent's Trust & Investments line of business. The Partner & Platform Consultant collaborates across all Ascent Regional Office (ARO) teams ensuring that the needs of the clients are being advocated for and prioritized to support the growth of Ascent.

Reporting to the Ascent Chief Administrative Officer, this role partners with various trust and investment operational teams across the organization and participates in the review and recommendation of technology systems and workflow procedures. This role helps in coordinating projects and operational needs between the ARO teams and our fiduciary services partners in the areas of trust and investment policy and procedures, trust client onboarding, money movement requests and key system conversions (SEI/SWP) and investment tools (Pivot, Addepar, T&I Online, etc.). The Ascent Partner & Platform Consultant is pivotal in streamlining operations and fostering innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with various trust business partners to advocate on behalf of Ascent Regional Office needs to develop and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, increase operational scalability, and reduce costs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work cross-functionally to implement solutions that optimize workflows and drive innovation.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in operational processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and support various operational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and achieve operational objectives.
  • Innovation Promotion: Encourage a culture of innovation within the organization by proposing and implementing innovative solutions and technologies.
  • Advocate for Business Needs: Act as Ascent's voice with internal technology partners to ensure business needs are being advocated for.
  • Quality Service: Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Superior knowledge of trust & investment functions, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
