Form of workPerforms various direct Patient Care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists patients in dressing or undressing, bathing, or eating. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs but does not start or administer intravenous fluids. Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures if needed. Documents patient interactions as needed. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. High school diploma or equivalent. No experience necessary but preferred. ***Full Time Days Monday- Friday***
Grandview Endoscopy Center is an outpatient endoscopy facility which is located in the Grandview Physicians Plaza at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. There are 16 pre/post procedural beds and four state-of-the-art endoscopic procedure rooms. The Center will provide therapeutic and diagnostic services of various diseases involving the gastrointestinal tract, especially colon cancer screenings, in a personalized and caring environment. Grandview Endoscopy Center is an accredited facility by Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and accreditation from CMS Certification.
