About the team:
The Artisan Casualty Group for TMHCC is looking for a Marketing Representative to help create, produce, and innovate our marketing materials and assist in guiding the future of our marketing strategy. Attend tradeshows, coordinate seminars and speaking engagements and coordinate regional marketing activities. If you are a creative, driven professional looking to make a difference, you belong here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create company marketing materials and promotions for the regions and the business.
- Coordinate with outside vendors.
- Represent the company in the planning and management of employee events and client events.
- Create, develop, and distribute the artisan newsletter for clients/vendors and employees.
- Design or develop advertisements for Industry Trade Magazines.
- Research and recommend new means of direct correspondence with clients, i.e. marketing through the Internet and social media.
- Prepare departmental sales reports/spreadsheets as requested.
- Create corporate presentations for marketing and management.
- Design or develop internal and external training materials and presentations.
Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent education/ experience.
- Two years of relevant experience preferably in a brand-oriented direct response Marketing environment.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package.
“For candidates working in person in Sacramento, California, the reasonable pay range for this specific position is $70,000 to $85,000.
