Qualifications: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience
equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Directing a highly technical and complex administrative program which involves the development of major aspects of AI administrative, regulatory, and policy activities that formulate AI strategic program plans for the assessment of policy and program feasibility including realistic short- and long-term goals and objectives to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing and directing the coordination of AI use, promoting AI innovation, and managing the use of AI risks for management of an organization's advancement of AI governance, resourcing, innovation, implementation, reporting, and risk management initiatives.
- Analyzing program objectives and management plans for the purpose of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective AI plans and organizations for the execution of responsible AI program functions throughout the entire life cycle of the AI program.
