Job description

Overview:

The position's primary function is to deliver customer orders accurately, timely, and in accordance with brand standards including: 

  • Champion 
  • Under Amour

  • Alternative Apparel 

Daily tasks include checking the accuracy of newly created embroidery graphics and updating production sheet art specifications. Associates will work closely with peers and department leadership, along with partners in sales, customer service, graphic design, and manufacturing to service business demands. This role plays a vital part in maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the company's operations.

This position is 100% remote with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P CST. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively work in and complete orders from the customer art approval dashboard with accuracy and sense of urgency.
  • Prioritize work based on art complete dates, ship dates, cancel dates, and event dates.
  • Efficiently navigate and locate information across all network locations, web applications, and order management systems.
  • Confirm artist followed all art instructions, ensuring art files reflect customer requests.
  • Update production sheets art specifications including process method, size, art description, garment location, inks, color sequences, etc.
  • Visually and mechanically spell check every design against institutional database, online dictionaries, maps, and other reference material.
  • Verify all new art works on multiple colorways and reorders.
  • Display understanding of dashboard workflow and basic knowledge of all work steps.
  • Apply problem solving and critical thinking to address edits, fix errors, and resolve potential problems before sending work forward.
  • Communicate and collaborate daily with peers and department leadership.
  • Assist other teams and departments that support daily operations and business functions.
  • Consistently meet daily/seasonal productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Knowledge and navigation of basic PC programs
  • Familiar with Apple Products & Mac Operating Systems (preferred)
  • Relevant work or educational experience in Graphic Design / Digital Art field (a plus)
