EENSP is immediately filling open positions in the Indianapolis area. These are general armed and unarmed security positions with room for advancement for those who show capability to handle responsibility and prove to be trustworthy and responsible. We offer a range of sites from retail, to residential, to offroad motorparks. We rotate officers through locations once training is complete. We are also filling roles for any combination of 2 of the following; Security, Fire Watch, EMT. Training for security and Fire Watch can/will be provided. We will be building a roadside traffic division come the new year.
EENSP offers a number of schedule options; including a 4/3 schedule (whereas you will work 4 days one week and 3 days the next week), a traditional 5 on 2 off, and a fixed 4 or 6 day schedule. You are able to work another job in that off time, however we offer these schedule options to ensure good hours and pay while balancing time at home to enjoy family, hobbies, and other activities to suit the individual officers needs.
We have an on-going training curriculum in which you will complete 130 or more of training within your first 6 months. This curriculum is broken down in to multiple processes, each of which upon complete unlocks a raise. A total of more than $5/hr in raises is available upon full completion. This is in addition to performance and longevity raises.
EMT's will find use of their skills on a day to day basis interacting with individuals on our sites. The EMT may be called upon by the client to address a medical emergency, may witness and respond to an emergency, or may be called to a different site to address an emergency. The EMT will have the option of working events/special assignments requiring medical services. The EMT needs to be able to provide proof of National Registry with State Reciprocity. Medbags are provided. Skills limited to noninvasive.
