Area Sales Representative – Full-time - $75 to $80k + commission

DermaQuest’ s 2024 rebranding has created a great deal of excitement and interest in our treatments and products, and we are therefore expanding our team to meet market demand. We are currently seeking Sales Representatives to manage the following regions:

§ Florida

§ Austin, Texas

§ Southern California

ROLE DESCRIPTION: This role will involve the development of your own region, from prospecting to managing accounts, with a view to maximize their monthly spend and growth.

You do not need to be a seasoned Sales Representative to apply for this role. We are looking to develop, mentor and mold enthusiastic people, enabling our unique ethos and proven sales strategies to be adopted by those who are keen to learn.

We want applicants capable of taking on a fresh approach to territory management, using innovative and creative tactics to engage, nurture and secure prospective clients. We want people who believe in DermaQuest as a brand, supporting our mission and goals to improve all skin types and all skin concerns. Working with clinics, spas, and aestheticians to enable them to offer their clients better results from the best professional skincare solution, this is an exciting role with great potential.

Applicants must be passionate about skincare, ideally with some experience in the skincare, aesthetic, health, or beauty sector.

As well as sales skills, you will need to deliver exceptional customer care, account management and some product training. We want people who can forge relationships, cultivate client loyalty, and see the bigger picture. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ATTRIBUTES:

· A love of skincare!

· Management of the entire sales process from prospecting to account development

· Telephone, email, video and face to face communication with prospective clients, existing clients and new clients

· Exceptional client relationship skills

· An in-depth onboarding process for new businesses

· Working closely with other members of the sales, marketing, and customer care teams

· Performance tracking against KPIs and targets

· Creating and delivery sales proposals and presentations (with help from our marketing team)

· Presentation of monthly sales figures and statistics internally, providing market insights

· Customer service skills that are second-to-none

· Excellent professional written and oral communication skills

· The use of a wide range of communication methods

· Organized and efficient time management

· Responsible and reliable behavior at all times

· A trustworthy and conscientious approach to the role

· Managing customer queries and complaints, and overcoming barriers to sales

· Management of a database of prospects and clients

· Good negotiation skills

· The ability to close deals and secure contracts

· Awareness of industry trends and news

· The use of Microsoft Office products and other company specific software packages, including a CRM which must be kept up to date

· Ideas to be suggested to our marketing team to improve brand awareness and success
