As a Digital Sales Consultant for Capital One Auto Finance, you will collaborate closely with a defined group of Automobile Dealerships, offering consultative guidance to assist each dealer in reaching its operational goals. Building solid relationships with business owners and key decision makers within the organization is crucial to drive the adoption of our lead-generation products and lending solutions. You will serve as the primary contact for each dealer, overseeing activities related to product adoption such as product presentations, dealership training, and dealer performance monitoring. Backed by Capital One Auto Finance's strong position in automotive financing and our reputation as a tech leader, you will join a team that is rapidly expanding its presence in dealership sales and financing operations.
Job Description:
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision makers at each dealer location
- Maintain and enhance Capital One Auto Finance's leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender
- Be a product expert on our digital lead-generation platform and offer solutions to help dealers achieve their sales targets
- Confidently deliver sales presentations and conduct dealer training to drive product adoption
- Be innovative, organized, and determined to achieve exceptional business results while delivering top-notch service to dealers
- Create and implement a monthly engagement plan with dealers based on thorough data analysis and sales metrics
- Collaborate closely with internal business partners and team members to drive alignment and operational excellence

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services or B2B sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year of experience representing lead-provider products and solutions
- 1+ year of experience in the automotive financing or advertising media industries
