We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven canvasser who understands the local market and can produce results that drive new leads into the sales funnel. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed goals and efficiencies. Our next Area Manager is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to grow their team while also seeking out new prospects through canvassing. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of experience in canvassing, preferably in the solar industry. Responsibilities
- Setting Appointments for Solar Consultations Via Door to Door Canvassing
- Manage and Coordinate Lead Flow With Area Consultation Manager
- Recruit Solar Canvassers Through Local Networking and Job Postings
- Train New Hires and Coach Existing Team Members in a Leadership Role

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
