We are well-recognized and trusted across Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. Now are heading towards hitting the top of the North American market.

We are seeking an experienced leader to grow our sales team, drive effective strategies, and elevate our brand across North America!

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively promote our international project.
  • Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
  • Lead the team to achieve the division's planned revenue results; the team is made up of Sales and Account managers, but especially Sales Managers to bring in new customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the team's KPI results.
  • Organize the search and recruitment of new business partners, as well as strengthen the relationship with current partners and conduct negotiations with them.
  • Support the team in managing key accounts.
  • Develop people, from hiring to training, to help the team get to the next level.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the division's marketing plan.
  • Market research, reporting, analysis and forecasting. ​​​​​

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience. At least 3 years of leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of the country's travel market, successful sales background and team management (Sales/Account Managers), and business development expertise with networking in the B2B travel industry i.e. travel agencies, tour operators, OTA’s, host agencies.
  • Market knowledge. Professional experience in the US travel industry, especially on the East Coast, as well as an understanding of our competitors and the main online booking systems.
  • Competence in API integration and technology sales & deals.
  • Location. We are looking for New York-based professionals.
  • Personal skills. You are ambitious, proactive, results-oriented and comfortable with fast-paced business environments.
  • Analytical skills. You use data to back your decisions, are innovative and adept at cutting-edge technology, as well as you have experience using KPIs to track success.
  • International mindset. You are capable of understanding and working across culturally diverse environments, reflecting ETG's global presence.
  • Be your own CEO. We are looking for professionals who work independently and ready to take on responsibility.
  • Think outside-the-box. Ability to develop and implement solutions to unique challenges.
  • Language proficiency. Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Work permit. Being a US resident/citizen is a MUST as, unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
  • Business trips. Up to 50% of your working hours may involve visiting customers, attending events, or meeting the team. Having your own car is important. ​​​​​
