Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees in multiple locations
- Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
Requirements:
- 3 -5 years of proven experience in restaurants as supervisory or managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent business development and sales abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or applied equivalent
