How we LEAD:
We are currently seeking a Archive Specialist/Records Analystresponsible for assisting our in-house staff conduct research in company archives. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, able to work in a complex corporate environment, and tactfully assist researchers who work in the full range of our company business units, including finance, accounting, legal, human resources, publishing, royalties, record labels, and executives.
How you'll CREATE:

  • Serve as liaison between UMG users and file storage vendors.
  • Train UMG users in database search techniques.
  • Catalog UMG business records, documents, a files into Versatile database.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to address issues in a timely fashion, multi-task, prioritize and juggle competing priorities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including label executives.
  • Must be cognizant of the need for internet security and confidentiality of information.
  • Strong independent problem solving and communication skills to research issues and perform special projects tasks.
  • Ability to lift 30lb. boxes of paper.
  • This is a full-time position on-site at our Woodland Hills office.
  • At least two years of experience working in a large corporate environment.
  • Records management, file room experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, database and internet.
  • Experience using a records storage database. Our records software is Versatile.
  • College grad preferred.
