About This Role
TheArchitectural Rendereroversees the creation of Twinmotion rendered imagery and videos of our luxury homes from 2D and 3D sources. You will be responsible for creating compelling still and moving renderings as well as developing material libraries. This role will collaborate with a variety of teams across the company in support of MN Custom Homes strategic vision.
- Processing 2D drawings and 3D models within Twinmotion to create rendered project imagery, videos, and collateral for internal and external consumption.
- Creating visual presentations and graphics, overseeing the processing, post-processing, and curation for diverse audiences, emphasizing luxury custom home visualization.
- Collaborating and working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities in process improvement related to visualization and graphic presentations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in architectural rendering, visualization, and/or design.
- Experienced in Twinmotion highly preferred.
- Advanced skills and technical expertise in 2D and 3D rendering software such as: Unreal, Revit, Lumion, Enscape 3D, SketchUp, D5 Render, Archicad
- Skilled in current Adobe Creative skills including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written abilities.
- Proficient in producing accurate and precise deliverables and presentations.
- Enthusiasm for built environment.
- Experience in architectural, interiors, engineering, and/or construction industry preferred.
- Ability to provide a portfolio with examples of previous work and/or design skills.
