Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Architectural Drafter/Designer proficient in Revit to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural, graphic, and building design principles. This role is project-based, offering a unique opportunity to engage with diverse design challenges and contribute significantly to various stages of project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and designs using Revit, ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and project requirements.
• Participate in preliminary design discussions, contributing creative and practical ideas to meet client and project objectives.
• Engage in drafting, final design creation, and the preparation and submission of plans to the City or County for approval.
• Revise plans based on feedback from city or county officials or other stakeholders, ensuring all comments are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final permit acquisition and construction commencement.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in architectural design, particularly focusing on advancements in Revit software.

Compensation:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of architectural design principles.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work experience, particularly in architectural drafting and design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying informed of the latest industry trends and software updates, particularly within the realms of Revit, 3DsMAX, and VRay.
