Architectural Designer

HQW Architects, an established full-service architectural firm, celebrating its 50th anniversary, seeks a motivated Designer to join our expanding firm. This individual must be a graduate of an accredited Architecture Program with a desire for future licensure, skilled in design and detailing with (1) plus years of professional architectural drafting experience. We offer excellent IDP training and growth opportunities for the right individuals who display exceptional performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Familiarity and Advanced Skill in AutoCad with familiarity with Revit.
• Work directly with Project Mangers to create Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and assist in Construction Administration Tasks.
• Assist with the completion of Redlines by Project Managers
• Assist with building existing condition surveys.
• Ability to demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving architectural problems.
