Position Summary

Seeking a talented and experienced Revit/BIM Modeler to join our expanding Chandler, AZ office. Employee will assist in both early conceptual design massing studies, as well as in the technical delivery of Revit project deliverables with close collaboration with project team(s). The employee will help assist in the collaboration process throughout the project. Familiarity with industrial projects, particularly Semiconductor fabs is a major plus. The position has strong growth opportunities with great mentors and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Help with modeling and visualizing building concepts. This includes modeling topography, building elements, MEP systems at a conceptual level and creating quantity take-offs.
• Develop construction documents in Revit.
• Draw details in Revit.
• Check for clashes between architectural elements and structural or mechanical or other building systems.
• Develop custom Revit Families.
• Assist in the development of a reference library of both 2D and 3D Revit families
• Assist other team members in learning modeling standards.

Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of Revit experience in architectural production drawings
• 3+ years of ArchiCAD experience in architectural modeling and design
• Working experience with Revit families and development of schedules

Additional Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and decision-making skills within the tasks assigned.
• Basic knowledge of construction and components

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• On-track to become a licensed architect preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit a plus.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Lumion a plus.
