Arcade Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the arcade area, enforcing rules and safety protocols to guarantee a secure environment for all guests.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for arcade games and equipment promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify wear and damage on equipment while maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the arcade.
• Assist guests by selling merchandise and game credits, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable transaction experience.
• Educate customers on the functionality of our game card system, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 3+ years of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 100lbs, ensuring you can handle various tasks within the arcade.
• Availability to work weekends, as this is when our arcade is busiest.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
