**Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage conflicts and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist with theater operations and events management - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Ensure the safety of guests, particularly in areas such as swimming pools or water parks if applicable - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility - Assist with public speaking engagements or presentations as needed - Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests, including children **Requirements:** - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Knowledge of theater operations or events management is a plus - Lifeguard certification may be required for certain positions - Experience working with children is highly desirable - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent guest experiences.
