Arbitration Paralegal

Our 10 Attorney Law Firm seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who can handle their own case load and work closely with the Attorneys on Arbitration cases.

This person will have heavy experience in Personal Injury Litigation, 5-10 years, be able to handle a case load of approximately 100 Arbitration cases, and have excellent scheduling and calendaring skills.

Candidates should also possess the following skills:

-Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure and FRCP
-E-filing experience
-Be very organized
-Able to work as a team or independently
-Computer savvy with MS Word and preferably Needles
-Strong and experienced in the Arbitration process

We work a 40 hour work week, provide a competitive salary and a benefits package. Salary depends on experience $$$.
