Accounts Payable Specialist & Administrative Assistant
Budget Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist with Administrative Assistant Background.
The position is Full-Time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Must be able to answer multiple phone lines and have excellent computer and customer service skills. Must have a minimum of 3 years' office and customer service experience. Must also have excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Basic QuickBooks and/or other accounting program skills are a must. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Duties will include:
· A/P entry into QuickBooks Online and Excel Spreadsheets
· Reconciling Supplier Monthly and Weekly Statements
· Billing disputes and resolutions
· Filing, answering the phones, organizing vendor invoices
· CRM data entry as well as other various duties and procedures.
· Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Greeting customers and processing their orders at checkout

Pay: $18-22/per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
