Overview:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Credit Associate to join our team! In this role, you will primarily focus on the relationship and receivables management of customer accounts, regularly perform risk analysis of new accounts, and perform other various finance activities and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships of accounts with extended Terms
Manage customer receivables of accounts with extended Terms
Perform various account reconciliations
Research and troubleshoot discrepancies with customers and internal partners
Monitor balances, aging, and credit limit deviations according to Customer Terms Account
Review and issue account statements as appropriate
Research and process new Terms applications and Terms change requests
Investigate credit card chargebacks and pursue justified reimbursements
Other duties as assigned
