A/R Collections Associate I | Olathe, KS

The Basics: We are looking to expand our team by adding a number-savvy individual to our Accounting department. Your typical day will be spent maintaining and collecting on invoices for a group of assigned accounts. A successful CollectionsAssociate is self-motivated with a positive energy and ability to produce results.

The Money: $17.50-18.00/hr.

The Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm

The Role:

• Make collections calls on outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Communicate with drivers, shippers, and receivers to confirm proof of deliveries.
• Cross-train in other Accounting areas.
