Nurse Practitioner/PA (PT/FT)-Anti-Aging, BHRT & Weight-Loss
This position is in Alachua, Florida and located within a specialized training facility with over 10 years of established community based business practice. You will be part of a niche multi-disciplinary team of medical professionals that offer anti-aging, strength training, functional rehab, soft-tissue/body work, and mental health counseling.

We are a network of rapidly growing Anti-aging, advanced preventive medicine centers. Our main goal is to assist patients by enhancing their health, boosting their quality of life, and promoting overall longevity and vitality. We seek a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with some experience in Anti-Aging, Weight-Loss medicine, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Job Responsibilities:
- New hormone/wellness and weight loss-patient health assessments. These evaluations include comprehensive laboratory assessments, physical examination and formulation of wellness plans.
- Manage ongoing hormone & weight loss patient care.
- Prescribe medication, supplements, treatment, and ancillary services that the practice offers as appropriate.
- Documentation of patient care in EMR.
- Order and review functional and diagnostic tests.
- Correspond with patients in a timely manner via email/note/phone call/EMR and update medical notes accordingly.
- Adhere to all policies on safety & HIPAA security.
- Model the practice’s vision by creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Educate patients about the various services and products the clinic/group offers.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
