Job Summary:
The Cloud Application Developer assists in the planning, coordination, monitoring, analysis, installation, and ongoing support of company-wide initiatives and efforts as part of a Cloud based \ hosted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other enterprise applications such as Business Rules Engine (BRE) and e-Signature software implementations within hosted FedRAMP environments.

Job Duties:
- Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned. Provides on call and after hours support as required for production releases and to respond and provide active resolution support on production outages.
- Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
Configures, develops, administers and supports all components of the solutions and systems, works with hosting partners and vendors as needed; creates and maintains existing scripts and API integrations, imaging, capture, document/content management, Workflows, Business Rules (backend).
Develops cloud-based solution code and interfaces, writes unit tests when implementing user stories, tests deliverables against a user story’s acceptance tests; configures Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, ensures Continuous Integration and Deployment is in place.
Develops or updates support documentation as needed by the DevOps function and participates in Peer Review to allow acceptance of systems changes into production.
Facilitates/leads reviews (walkthroughs) or grooming sessions and demos of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team and development lead.
Assist team members to analyze, debug, and resolve defects in applications, mentor junior team members on development \ configuration best practices, operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

Knowledge of:
- Various infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise
- Cloud technology trends and concepts
- Software Development Lifecycle concepts (agile, waterfall)
- DevOps Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
- SQL Database, OnBase API, Unity Script, InRule

Selective Preference(s):
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of experience in systems administration (or equivalent experience).
Must be able to secure and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card; must be able to secure and maintain clearance from DCS Central Registry.
