- Assist skilled mechanics in the design, fabrication, installation, and repair of HVAC Sheet Metal systems.
- Learn and apply knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools specific to the HVAC Sheet Metal trade.
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of the principles of HVAC systems (training or coursework a plus).
- Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment and materials.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Valid driver’s license.
