Job Duties

• The Apprentice Operator- Passive (AO-P) shall perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and passive geolocation technique available.
• Perform real-time geolocation and collection operations
• Provide geolocations, report and database results

Required Skills:

• US Citizens Only
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
• Minimum of two (2) years of operational experience within the last five (5) years in collection or geolocation
• Experience conducting RF collection and/or Direction Finding operations

Desired Qualifications:

• One (1) of the following certifications
  • NSAG Geolocation Qualification Course
  • SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification

• Experience with the following technologies
  • Real-time RF COMINT collection (Airborne, Space borne, Terrestrial, NTM)
  • Manual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations of COMINT emitters
  • Multi-aperture Direction Finding
• Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency as a linguist in one of the following languages is highly desired:
  • Arabic - Levantine (AP)
  • Arabic - Yemeni (AU)
  • Arabic - Iraqi (DG)
  • Arabic - Maghrebi (AM)
  • Persian Farsi (PF)
  • Pashto (PU)
  • Russian (RU)
  • Chinese Mandarin (CM)
  • Korean (KO)
