Candidates must demonstrate the ability to:
Repair and complete PM's on Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automated equipment
Communicate any problems pertaining to the repair of equipment and tooling to Production and Maintenance Supervisors
Communicate and assist Machine Operators in a positive manner
Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently
Work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift
Work in a team setting
Multi-task and be versatile in their daily duties
Fabricate and weld
Work from aerial platforms
Self-motivated
Work with little supervision
Lift up to 50-70 pounds
Perform work in a safe, efficient manner
Good attendance is a MUST including all daily and weekly overtime
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Adhere to all Lozier Store Fixtures policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license
Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Communicate in a positive manner
Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge to troubleshoot and wire controls, panels, PLC's, and ladder logic
Roll forming knowledge a plus
HVAC knowledge a plus
PLC programming a plus
Experience: 3-5 years experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment is required.
