Keys to Success
1. Activity.
To excel in this role, you should be a proactive appointment setter dedicated to converting scheduled meetings. You'll be expected to make an average of 100-150 calls and follow-ups daily and schedule a minimum of 3 appointments per day.
2. Training.
You must be able to apply our appointment training programs that cover product knowledge, techniques, and effective communication strategies.
3. Performance Coaching.
You must be able to work one-on-one with the appointment-setting manager to identify strengths and areas for improvement and digest constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve sales targets.
4. Industry Knowledge.
Knowledge of industry products, offerings, and ability to understand our top target categories and clients’ competitors and how new mover marketing, postcards, and digital programs give businesses the competitive edge.
5. Communications Skills.
Excellent phone communication skills. Overcoming objections and executing dialogue to set the appointment and building value for our Franchisees and National Sales Team. Communicate with your managers about day-to-day wins and challenges and ask for assistance.
6. Time Management.
Being able to prioritize your tasks, strategy planning, and results. Evaluate a customer and be able to develop a timely pre & post-presentation checklist.
