Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by contacting and engaging with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to call hot leads generated from Facebook, introduce them to our life-saving medical alert products, and warm transfer the calls to our sales agents. You'll be an essential part of our team's success in acquiring new customers and helping individuals lead safer lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hot Facebook leads and prospects.
- Warm transfer the call to our sales associates
- Follow on scheduled callbacks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, lead generation transfer campaigns, or appointment setting is required.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a windows computer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
- A confident and empathetic phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
