Position Overview: At Accuhealth, we are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in the on-boarding of our Telemonitoring program. Your exceptional communication skills, proficiency with technology, and commitment to building strong patient relationships will be essential in delivering high-quality care and contributing to our mission of improving patient lives.
Job Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with potential customers
- Use telemarketing strategies to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in the sales software
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
