Appointment Setter - Remote, Commission-Based

This position is ideal for the individual who needs a flexible schedule while working from home. Cherokee Cleaning Company is a leading commercial cleaning service in the greater Knoxville Area. We are seeking 3-4 qualified applicants to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. Your responsibility will be to identify businesses that would benefit from our services, touch on their pain points in regards to the cleaning/maintenance of their facility, and set a time our sales team to meet with the business owner to discuss our services further. For every contract that is closed, Appointment Setters and sales team members will split the commission 50/50, which ranges from $108 to $1044 depending on the size of the account. ** Please note this is a commission-based position which offers uncapped earning potential for those who excel. **

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate appointments for our sales team
- Use warm calling techniques to engage potential customers and build rapport
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products or services
- Schedule appointments and input relevant information into our CRM system
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
